A New Day

This morning in my prayer time, as I was thanking God for this new day, He showed me something awesome.

 Yes, today is a brand new day.  A day never seen before.  It's like a blank page in a journal.  But what God showed me is this:

 This day has already been planned by Him.  This day already has things that will transpire.  The page may appear blank to us but it's not really.  I remember watching an episode of "Matlock" (what y'all know about that lol).  And the key to solving the case was a notepad that had been left by the telephone on a desk in the hotel room. As genius as Matlock is, he took a pencil and began coloring the blank page of the note pad which revealed who the killer was. 

 The bible says in Psalms 37:23 The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord: and he delighteth in his way."  You see, the pages aren't really blank.  We just have to walk the path that God has already set before us.  We are the pencil and as we walk throughout the day, the "secret plan" will be revealed. 

Be the spiritual Matlock today.  What may be hidden to some, God has already revealed to those that have relationship with Him.

Wrestlemania....

This last week I was kind of in a funk…not funky lol but just feeling blah.   I let the cares of my world get to me. I had to fall asleep listening to music because my mind would not slow down long enough for me to fall asleep.   Yesterday evening I found myself sitting in my room in the dark with the door closed….just…didn’t even know what I was thinking…… I got up this morning and said my prayer as I got ready for work….it was a tough morning because Nazir seemed EXTRA cranky. Not Just visitation.........

So this morning while I was praying....I asked God to never let me leave His presence. I don't just want visitation but i want habitation.  I asked Him how do I do this. He asked me what does Psalm 34:1 say? I said it says: I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. He said well you know that I inhabit the praises of my people (according to Psalm 22:3). I said yes Lord.  Then He responded live Psalm 34:1. If you continually praise me, I will inhabit your praise.The word continually means without cessation or intermission; unceasingly; always. The word inhabit means to live or dwell in (a place), as people; to exist or be situated within; dwell in.  When we always have a praise of thanks giving for God, He will dwell within us....Many times we complain that we don't feel God's presence. It's Time 4 Transparency

God dropped this into my spirit several months ago.  A friend was asking me what she should name her twitter account. It was for women who were victorious over a life in the entertainment industry. The purpose of the account was for a group of women to share their testimonies in hopes that women who are currently in the entertainment would be delivered.  Immediately the name Time4Transparency came to me. I tried to get a message to her with the name but I was having trouble sending it.  A few minutes later, she told me she created the account cuz she came up with the name. I kinda was sad cuz I liked the name God told me. Later that day I heard God whisper to me: it was meant for you.
