Wife, mother, Pastor and Prophetess, model, actress, author, speaker and advocate. Lover of Jesus, Shoes, Music & Ice Cream. I'm goofy, random, real & transparent. To know me is to love me.  I wasn't always this transparent but God has called me to a new place.  

 I can be summed up in the following sentence: "Radical n Praise, Pure n Worship: iRocks 4 Jesus! Transparency is who I be. ™"

 Writing has always been my outlet whether I’ve been angry, sad, happy or confused. Give me a good journal and hours of worship music and I’m in pen happiness.   

God has shown me that writing is my worship. The purpose of The Worship Writer is for the words that flow from my worship to bring healing to those who will read my words.

Wrestlemania....

This last week I was kind of in a funk…not funky lol but just feeling blah.   I let the cares of my world get to me. I had to fall asleep listening to music because my mind would not slow down long enough for me to fall asleep.   Yesterday evening I found myself sitting in my room in the dark with the door closed….just…didn’t even know what I was thinking…… I got up this morning and said my prayer as I got ready for work….it was a tough morning because Nazir seemed EXTRA cranky. Surprisingly, I didn’t let that get to me. As I drove to work I had Pastor Lloyd Pulley tuned in on my radio.   But I really wasn’t listening.   All of a sudden something hit me…….no not a car thankfully. Not Just visitation.........

So this morning while I was praying....I asked God to never let me leave His presence. I don't just want visitation but i want habitation.  I asked Him how do I do this. He asked me what does Psalm 34:1 say? I said it says: I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. He said well you know that I inhabit the praises of my people (according to Psalm 22:3). I said yes Lord.  Then He responded live Psalm 34:1. If you continually praise me, I will inhabit your praise.The word continually means without cessation or intermission; unceasingly; always. The word inhabit means to live or dwell in (a place), as people; to exist or be situated within; dwell in.  When we always have a praise of thanks giving for God, He will dwell within us....Many times we complain that we don't feel God's presence. What's in your shopping cart?

I usually don’t share my dreams with the World Wide Web but I think this dream will truly bless someone. This morning I had a dream that I was in the grocery store checking out.   When I was done paying for everything, I noticed three bags left on the conveyor belt. One of the bags had fruit in them. I looked at my cart but it was filled to capacity. I tried to figure out how I was going to fit those last three bags into my cart….then I woke up. I wrote the dream down in my journal along with the other one I had.   As I was making the bed, God gave me the meaning of it.   He said “You’re full of junk and you don’t have room for what you really need.   You’re trying to figure out how to add what you should already have.   You are leaving out that which will nourish you” That revelation hit me like a ton of bricks.
