Launching further into the deep

Happy April!  It's a new month and it's the beginning of the second quarter!  It's always great to begin a new anything with something new.

I have been challenged by God, yet again, in a new area.  Several months ago, He told me to launch a tee-shirt line.  And like I've said to Him before, "but everyone else is doing it". He just laughed and said, "but everyone is not doing THIS".

I welcome you to L.O.Y.L., the line of tee-shirts created with the introvert in mind.  L.O.Y.L. stands for Living Out Your Lifestyle.  As an introvert, I would SO rather be behind the scenes, where I am most comfortable.  But God has pushed me to be in the front, center stage.  Not for me but for His glory.  I'm not the talk to flat out walk up to a group of people or even one person and strike up a conversation.  But I KNOW I have to share Jesus with the lost.  So God told me to create something that expresses my faith in action.  How do I SHOW or live out my lifestyle of worship, prayer, praise, etc.

Wrestlemania....

This last week I was kind of in a funk…not funky lol but just feeling blah.   I let the cares of my world get to me. I had to fall asleep listening to music because my mind would not slow down long enough for me to fall asleep.   Yesterday evening I found myself sitting in my room in the dark with the door closed….just…didn’t even know what I was thinking…… I got up this morning and said my prayer as I got ready for work….it was a tough morning because Nazir seemed EXTRA cranky. Not Just visitation.........

So this morning while I was praying....I asked God to never let me leave His presence. I don't just want visitation but i want habitation.  I asked Him how do I do this. He asked me what does Psalm 34:1 say? I said it says: I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. He said well you know that I inhabit the praises of my people (according to Psalm 22:3). I said yes Lord.  Then He responded live Psalm 34:1. If you continually praise me, I will inhabit your praise.The word continually means without cessation or intermission; unceasingly; always. The word inhabit means to live or dwell in (a place), as people; to exist or be situated within; dwell in.  When we always have a praise of thanks giving for God, He will dwell within us....Many times we complain that we don't feel God's presence. What's in your shopping cart?

I usually don’t share my dreams with the World Wide Web but I think this dream will truly bless someone. This morning I had a dream that I was in the grocery store checking out.   When I was done paying for everything, I noticed three bags left on the conveyor belt. One of the bags had fruit in them. I looked at my cart but it was filled to capacity. I tried to figure out how I was going to fit those last three bags into my cart….then I woke up. I wrote the dream down in my journal along with the other one I had.   As I was making the bed, God gave me the meaning of it.   He said “You’re full of junk and you don’t have room for what you really need.   You’re trying to figure out how to add what you should already have.   You are leaving out that which will nourish you” That revelation hit me like a ton of bricks.
